Class Schedule & Attendance
You will be given a class schedule during your orientation in week 1. There will never be a class scheduled over holidays. Should Jennifer have to cancel a class due to illness or weather, you will be notified via email and phone earlier that day. Should a class be cancelled, all lessons will shift a week later.
To avoid losing your spot in your desired class, payments must be made in full to Jennifer - either through e-transfer or by arranging payment in person.
Although there is a no refund policy, Jennifer may allow a refund under circumstances to her discretion. She may also allow enrollment into a future class at no cost.
Life happens and having to miss a class is not uncommon for families. It is important to come to lessons 1, 2 and 3 as they are difficult to make up. Should you have to miss a class, please let Jennifer know ahead of time and plan to come 15 minutes earlier the following week.
